3 Benefits of Dry Brushing

One self care habit that I’ve incorporated into my routine is dry brushing my skin before I shower.

Three reasons why…

  1. It’s a great way to exfoliate and keep skin looking moisturized
  2. It stimulates the lymphatic system and helps to detox the body
  3. Increases circulation and energizes the body

Another added benefit is that it may help reduce cellulite. Even though not all experts agree, I have no problem taking a couple of minutes to do something that could help keep my skin tight.
