Sometimes easier said than done, right? Try going to bed 10 minutes earlier every night. Doesn’t sound like a lot, well think of it this way, by the end of the week you will have an extra 70 minutes of sleep. And if you keep this up all year, you will have gained 60 hours of sleep! Imagine how rested you could feel.
