  3. Check the serving size
  4. Check the number of servings per box
  5. Check the calories per serving
  6. Look at the calories from fat
  7. Check the types of fat
  8. Check the amount of sugar
  9. Note the amount of sodium
  10. If contains grains, make sure they are WHOLE grains
